• The computer labs are an absolute MESS! 
• DO NOT ALLOW students to unplug the keyboards/mouses from the back and plug them into the front….keyboards and mouses – should plug into the BACK OF THE COMPUTER. 
• Remind students to pick up after themselves – trash is an issue.
• No one should be eating in the computer labs.
• When leaving, students should log out to the blue SuccessMaker screen.
• The lab is not a coat closet – remind students to check their area for personal belongings.

The computer labs open Monday, August 17^th.

 Please speak with your students concerning their behavior in the computer lab.

 Entering the lab:

• Enter quietly.
• No running or playing.
• No talking.
• Students may not access the Internet without one on one supervision of the teacher (students must have a signed permission slip in order to access the Internet).
• DO NOT unplug the mouse and keyboard from the back of the computer.
• Don’t change the volume.
• Treat the equipment with respect.

 Leaving the lab:

• All computers must be placed back on the Successmaker screen.
• Push the chairs in.
• Line up quietly at the door.

The computer lab is an extension of the classroom – please accompany your students to the computer lab, and monitor your class.

Computer Lab N-103 will not be open until the later part of next week (the week of August 17th) – I will let you know just as soon as it is ready.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  The lab has numerous issues and I am – but one person.  Thank you for your patience.
