The Smartboard/Senteo update has been a nightmare – a bad mixture of an outdated CD and the latest Smarttechnology drivers updates on their website equals – several laptops out there with – yes – outdated Smartboard/Senteo software.
PLEASE CHECK:
Launch the NOTEBOOK 10 software (icon on your desktop)
Once the program opens there are two things to check for:’
- Do you have a Senteo or Smart Response tab on the top menu bar? (YES – great – no update needed)
- Is the Orient and Control Panel highlighted? (YES – fabulous – no update needed)
If you’re missing a Senteo tab – drop off your laptop….update needed
If the Orient and Control Panel is grayed out – drop off your laptop…..update needed
